mcmike, Union Dental response I just recieved:

"The release you read has to do with an ongoing development with Transax and new companies to help develop the process with UDHI, TNSX and also these new companies. The technology for this development is constantly changing, therefore, the process with which needs to be developed constantly needs to be enhanced. We continue to work with Transax through our Strategic Alliance agreement. I hope this answers your question."
