Macron getting slapped.

I think it was all staged. He jogs, doesn't walk, directly to the guy. Look how he grabs the guy's left hand, instead of the right, leaving the right hand open for the slap.

And 2 people perfectly placed to not only get it all on video but let you hear the slap.

Political cinema at it's best.

IMO.
