Anything you'd hear would be pumping the stock with all the new 'deals'. Study the history. There's never been a deal: all are forged 'acquisitions'; I would know, look at US Patent Office online: Patent Number: 7,974,339 'the pitched pumped and dumped by BTX, aka David Parkinson he admits to being: 'ODT 339' making 10 digit profits from Google. That Patent isn't 'odt 339' that patent is DEAD, GH killed it. How? He forged the president's name of the Tech company that invented it, and all the 20 Patents in Europe -BTX and GH advertise in 3/23/21 SEC 10K (not Q), each of those twenty countries are Nullified by Greg's theft and suing Google with a stolen Patent. Google invalidated the company who invented and owned the patents and invention, via Greg's litigations: Max Sound, and illegally and without License or knowledge of owners: he sued Google et al: 8/09/14: Max Sound, Vedanti Systems vs Google et al. Then he was kicked out of 8/09/14 Delaware court by Vedanti Systems president: name on the patent Greg pretended -SO HE COULD PUMP YOU ALL FOR STOCK PURCHASES.... for the huge settlement Google would have to pay: that couldn't happen. Why not? He thought he could force the owners to make HIS FORGERY LEGAL. Google sued GH and Blaisure and Maxd-2017, after Google got '277 invention and innovation INVALIDATED May 2017_ from 2014, '15, '16, '17. Greg made a deal with MAJOR THIEVES in his team: BTX: aka Parkinson, Steve Hawkins, NZ, CEO, Duncan Powell, Paul Wheeler, Adelaide Australia: they were TGO4 LLC in contract Nov 2015 to May 20, 2016 with tech company Vedanti Systems Limited. They forged owners names inside Vedanti Systems Limited, they have no contract, no chain of title to: Vedanti LICENSING Limited, the 'new owners' of patents & invention: but they were greg's and john's BAG MEN: the owners of Vedanti SYSTEMS tech company got sick, and they were sued by Greg Halpern and PROXIES in 17 cases: mostly all at once. Including four today: it started 2014, and today June 09, 2021 there are 4, plus a current Silicon Valley case that GH owns 50% of: Vedanti Licensing Limited, LLC vs Google LLC for Source Code from 2002-2004 owned by Constance Nash, founder Vedanti Systems Limited.
What can GH say, 'gee whiz you caught me with my pants down!' or 'she's an old lying witch'. So you need to research: but this BK is real: he sued Google without Standing. The boys who stole Vedanti for a spell, won't succeed. They can't. Even though they believe they can, it isn't going into the courts, to pump stock -the sole business of GH for all five name change entities with his OTC license.

The merging of Appeal court ruling 9th circuit Dec 2020 with April reconciling both cases was NOT A SETTLEMENT.
