Excellent post. The SEC has one option, TO DELAY AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. Unfortunately they really do not have to act and may just do nothing. Then DBMM management must file a suit. It could take several more years and then DBMM will be bankrupt. That is what the shorts are hoping for, redemption by no action.
