Papoon, One thing for sure...$$$$$ and access to more via the public market. (Maybe via that RegA+ offering we've heard about). I heard they recently closed a $1 million crowdfunding campaign (with help from XERI?). Also, XERI seems to have great industry and gov't contacts and don't forget its next-gen technologies (fire-proofing, anti-friction nano-lubricant, CoFlow, etc) And I wouldn't be surprised if Duffy has another ace up his sleeve that he's saving for the press conference,
