Yes I remember that movie hilarious but true ... part of the issue is brain drain to other fields - if you go back 100 years 20% of people or less went to university and brain power was put into medicine law engineering chemistry physics biology etc - now we have so many other area that suck brain power out - leaving less for the medical arena. Tragedy is a lot of this brain power is going into business to make money instead of medicine to help people ...
