SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
Well, where do I even start?
First of all, let me completely "crush" a stupid rumor about any RS happening at BDGR. The bottom line!! Its NOT!. We had no such suggestions, no board meetings and definitely NO such corporate action EVEN being considered.
I know, that in these very exciting times for our company (and companies!) , we should be focused on business ahead, and getting excited about what we've accomplished for our shareholders ! However, I still have to shut those idiots UP! As I stated numerous times, we actually targeted BDGR because of its large OS. Otherwise, why invest so much time, money and energy? BDGR was left for dead, and no one bothered to lift a finger, much less write a bunch of checks, to save this company. We did! We wanted to use BDGR's 30 Billion plus OS as a distribution platform and a vehicle to share our tokens with the world. (more on that later).
So now, some are not happy with the recent trading PPS . Well, things go up and down. However, recently we also had to address multiple attacks , and some from even mentally ill, and VERY disturbed individual who was also encouraged and "egged" on by several others who only seek to cause us harm and pressure for a lower PPS, for their own gains.
We addressed all the inquiries that were posed to us, and I feel comfortable with our answers . I have always strived for total transparency with our shareholders and regulatory agencies.
We also met with several counselors, attorneys and consultants, so YOU the Shareholders can rest assured that we have a great solution and a response to these attacks. The shareholders of BDGR, and for that matter, of PRPM as well, will be very happy with our results!
So now, lets discuss the fun stuff. First of all, I have all the NFT and Blochian programmers very excited and they are delivering to us an incredible system. Secondly, and that is equally important, that although I am paying these programmers and designers, whom I've known for many years in most cases, the greatest feedback I got, is how excited and "on board" they are with Black Dragon! As they put it to me: "It's very exciting to be a part of something that is perfect for the times that we are living!".
I of course agree with them, and I'm equally excited about how things are coming together! For example: 1. Our Web designers and marketing team will have us several portals that we will be launching soon. Our coins will be called "DRACO" ( as in Dragons), and we will drive our auctions through www.Draco.auction and our Crypto Currency exchange will be processed through www.Draco.exchange ( we will take all available currency on the market). Ethereum being an early participant as we speak.
2. We will use www.Black-Dragon.cc as our main corporate and marketing site and we may use our www.Black-draco.com for all Credit and debit card processing as well as all the crypto management and processing. 3. NFT: We will be posting a presentation on one of our temp. landing sites so that shareholders can begin to study and hopefully understand NFT's and how they work. We will also" connect the dots", so as to explain how we envision the whole system working and how things will interact with our "parent company", ProTek Capital Inc., (PRPM) and finally a #4. I have arranged and delivered all the art that will be used for NFT's. We have all the originals, and the IP for all. We are starting with a 400 piece inventory , appraised by NIA and BAM, at $ 50,000 per original painting, with our forecast of limited editions at $ 5,000 to $ 10,000 each . (Those will be limited to 10 units of AP at $ 10,000 each, 100 units of "Limited Editions" at $ 5,000 each , and 1,000 units of "Library Editions" at $ 1,000 each.) To make the math simple: Each original will have the potential "pre-trading" NFT value of: $ 1,650,000.00 US Dollars. ( Formula: 50,000+ (10X10,000)+(100X5,000)+(1,000X1,0000)=50,000+100,000+500,000+1,000,000= 1,650,000. We allocated 400 such original paintings, and kept individual prices manageable and low enough so that more average buyers can afford. We also0 allocated 8 Bronze statues for the initial launch as well.

Final Thoughts and reelections; As I was completing my reports and responses to FINRA recently, when they asked about our announced pending dividend initiative, I simply pointed out that the management and myself know the process and are aware of the fact that the company will submit the "Corporate Action Requests" to FINRA through BDGR's and PRPM's online back office access to FINRA corporate services. Then, the targeted "Record Date for the Dividends" will be recorded, and pending FINRA's approvals the dates and schedules will be announced. ( As an FYI! Once approved, its actually FINRA's office that will announce and confirm the "corporate action" , so for all those nay-sayers, that is how things work in the real world! Not Fake News and lies).
As a final thought/update, we are taking extreme actions against the individual BM, and his companies as well as all those who conspired and support him. You the shareholders will be happy with what we launched.
