Well that did not take long. Our Rule 60/Rule 24 Appeal has been docketed in the Federal Circuit, Docket No.: 21-2024 for those of you keeping score at home.

Here are the key dates according to the Federal Circuit's Life Cycle of an Appeal Guide:

August 9, 2021: EPADI II Brief and Appendix is Due
September 20, 2021: Hikma/Reddys Response Brief Due
October 12, 2021: EPADI II Reply Brief Due
October 19, 2021: Hard Copy Appendix is filed with the Court
January, 2022: Oral Argument scheduled
