AND SEC COMMISSIONERS have ALREADY SET Section 12(j) PRECEDENT.

THEY CAN DELAY AFFIRMATION OF INITIAL DECISION BUT CAN'T AVOID IT.

DBMM's attorney Maranda led E-SMART OIP and WON. Maranda cited the E-SMART OIP in her many filings in DBMM OIP.

This is copied right from E-Smart technology where the judge revoked E-smart but then they became current sooo SEC commissioners sent case back to judge for reconsider her decision.
Event date : October 12, 2004.
"Under the circumstances, therefore, we believe it is appropriate to provide the law judge an opportunity to assess her sanctioning determination in light of e-Smart's subsequent reporting record. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding be, and it hereby is, remanded to the administrative law judge for further proceedings in accordance with this opinion.19 The law judge is ordered to file the decision on remand."

Then, Administrative Law Judge, DISMISSED E-SMART OIP-Sec 12(j). See links to Initial Decision ON REMAND from Judge and Final Decision from SEC Commissioners below.

E-SMART INITIAL DECISION ON REMAND issued on February 3, 2005 .
"Having reconsidered the Steadman factors in light of e-Smart’s subsequent filings and recent compliance, I deny the Division’s renewed request for revocation of the registration of eSmart’s common stock and conclude, under the circumstances, that no sanction should be imposed for e-Smart’s violations."

One of the most experienced SEC Administrative Law Judge, Carol Fox Foelak with 25+ years experience issuing Initial Decisions has already led and studied the entire DBMM OIP for years and have already DISMISSED the DBMM OIP in Initial Decision.
"IT IS ORDERED that this administrative proceeding IS DISMISSED."
https://www.sec.gov/alj/aljdec/2019/id1389cff.pdf

Precedence has been set in E-SMART OIP.

COMMISSIONERS JUST HAVE TO AFFIRM INITIAL DECISION FROM JUDGE FOELAK.

SEC AND COMMISSIONERS HAVE A DUTY TO PROTECT CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS.

DISMISS OIP ON DBMM AFTER DBMM HAS DONE IT ALL.

You don’t revoke a company which has not missed a filing date for 3 years. Maranda won the case. Full stop.

DBMM to PINK.

$DBMM.
