Sharing4....DCR had an entry called "Retained Earnings" around $20B on the opening balance sheet of LT/DCR projected in Feb 2012 MOR.

DCR is a separate entity not on the books and records of LT as of the closing cases(Final Decree issued Dec 2019).DCR has its EID which is different than LT.Certain plan contribution assets were transferred to DCR including TPS & Class 19 books as per POR.

Plan Administrators were appointed in Jan 2020 to distribute final left overs to charity and wind-down the trust.They donate the left over from creditor's money IMO.

IMO, Administrators should update the books and records of the debtors,sell
remaining assets,settle taxes and other liabilities and distribute the assets to trust beneficiaries.I am not sure whether this process started already or they are just taking their own time to address AG's complaint?.

As per Trust's response they are ready to distribute now the minimal assets and ready for wind-up.

"14. While the Trust appreciates that Griffin and other equity interest holders continue
to feel slighted by the FDIC’s seizure of WMB, at some point (now over 12 years later), they must
accept the fact of the seizure and that everything possible has been done to maximize the value of
the Debtors for parties in interest. They must accept that the Trust has generated recoveries far
beyond those projected years before and, in accordance with the Final Decree (which order was
not appealed and is final) is now prepared to distribute its final assets and wind-up its affairs.

WMI NOL's is one of the biggest assets IMO.Other assets are unknown to any of us except the Administrators,MW,S&G,Mr.Rosen and THJMW.
DCR is monitored by THJMW.
