It became obvious during a live interview w/president of BIIB in PM on June 7, that this is all a scam. A clever use of the regulatory body, time required to do trials and ongoing (intentional) delays of any final proof of efficacy that BIIB have figured out , "How to have their cake and eat it to."

He said (para)..."look, the way the agreement to sell adu (BIIB worthless-harmful Drug) while we are still testing it is really very clever." It will take about 8 years to complete the trials required by the FDA." "In the meantime we sell the hell out of this stuff (b/c there is no current AD treatment and we want to save humanity**, (IMO he meant) so while we are saving humanity and making a zillion dollars on a worthless crap/harmful drug we claim it is all for science and to help some people (wink) get a better life. (nothing said/claimed about efficacy) only a bunch of BS claims that could never be proven.

Bottom line he said..."We have 8-9 years while drug is being trialed (again) to sell this stuff and make a pile of money." "It's all legal and for the public and science...wink"." For BIIB it is a massive win, FDA has a place to hide and watch for a long time, while they all keep their jobs and act like they are carefully watching out for the rest of you who are too stupid to figure out what just happened." Everyone has their axx covered and by the time the smoke clears we will all be very wealthy and doing some big job elsewhere...".

It really is all about the money.

It's not criminal but close to it, however it is immoral but morality does not count on WS as we already knew; but now you can also throw FDA under that banner.
