Recognizing that clinical trials of the drug had provided incomplete evidence to demonstrate effectiveness, the F.D.A. granted approval for the drug to be used but required Biogen to conduct a new clinical trial.

What kind of twisted logic admits the trials were inconclusive but allows the drug to be licensed for use? Totally moronic.

These are the people we are deferring to for the care of our families? Complete farce obviously controlled by big money. I hope they are all locked up.
