ETS client products are also instrumental products for TPMs as well. I know you already know this, I just can't resist underlining it. In fact client-side ETS services are the launching point.

I am beginning to think we will/are see bundling of basic ETS only to those hardest to reach users. If Wave gains traction in getting client-side ETS services out to users through our direct (non-bundled) selling channels (IBM and HP), my hunch is that this is preferred to bundling as it is more profitable.
