But at the moment AZ (maybe very well researched) predictions are only consist on HOPE and SPECULATIONS and even if they are true (according to to docs) it could be (and that would be not the first time) that ALL of US (!) will be screwed again at the end. But ALICE complaint is an OFFICIAL PROCESS and the whole world (including PRESS and INVESTORS) is wachting us. And all ANSWERS and STATEMENTS we will get and a RULING or a DEAL will be fixed forever and finally (after endless long 13 years) ALL of US have it "black on white" WHAT, HOW MUCH and WHEN we will get paid! AZCowboy, I feel Alice is a hero! I probably know 10% of what you and Alice know but as I understand this, the value of the MBS and the truth are being protected from disclosure. Alice is forcing their slight of hand tricks. The trust must explain why they did not apportion the $75M claim. If they had then $40 million would have been taken from the TPS share. Because the bankruptcy waterfall was short $18 million from reaching Class 19 the remaining 40-18=$22 million would flow to Class 19 for distribution, along with everything else and the vail would be pierced. If I get face on my Ps & Ks I make over $4M, but I'm showing zero on the books for expected past due payment right now.
