Interesting Read on Stockwitz of Buy Out Speculation

Everything else was updated for $RGBP as well on 6/04/2021...i.e. Market Cap, Authorized Shares, Outstanding Shares, Restricted & Unrestricted Shares. All of that stayed unchanged.

Only shares "Held at DTC" changed from 3,745,260,993 to now "zero". It seems there must be a reason for it to change like that all of a sudden.

I don't believe it would be for any bad reasons though. Probably has to do with something or everything the company has been working on with its auditors and/or maybe a pending change in ownership through a buyout, reorganization, and cusip number/symbol change which the company has yet to announce?

But who knows? We're all pretty much operating in the blind here while waiting on the company's filings and announcements. Best wishes
