Thanks, no it was being young and dumb. Had the dreams of becoming a day trader. Read and researched buying stocks everyday. Yup, drew down the IRAs $500 bucks at a time until they were gone. With no money for the markets I lost paychecks gambling. Thats another sore footnote in my life. Its taken years to achieve some financial stability since then. I had 2 parents that smoked. Never liked it luckily. I don't think I'm a alcoholic but I do like my beer. I make my own. I am lucky to have a strong caring Wife and 2 adult children who probably saved me from total destruction. Believe it or not after all that. The Wife and I have nearly 7 figures in net worth and almost debt free. We don't want to retire in debt. It has taken me 40 years to figure out how to spot a decent investment and some brains. Oh, I watched and talked to my Father who invested. It was mutual funds, bonds and a few select Blue chip stocks that slowly built his modest portfolio and always complained it wasn't enough. Tired of reading about somebody else finding that 1 opportunity (stock) that made them rich. You know, everyone came out with their life stories back last February too as this went up. Feels different this time. Good luck to all of us. $ENZC!
