I vote NO. He showed no touch in handling the recent 11.55M shares.
The SP could hang up there for a considerable time and I don't want him killing it in six months to help 'tutes out.

It's like going to court with "your lawyer". He spends more time exchanging pleasantries with the opposing lawyer than with you. He's gonna be seeing the opposing lawyer professionally for years to come. You're a one-off proposition.
Well, these CEOs but will be working with the "tutes on deals, financing, etc. for years to come. You and I are just one-off with the CEO

Vote NO on an additional 25M Share Authorization. AMC has plenty of money to digest now. Come back and see us in a year. 25M in six months is too soon!
