25M sitting on the sidelines for a company that could acquire the 2nd largest theatre in LA and position themselves as a long term company. 25M into 500M+ volume is nothing. He can’t use it in 2021. He’s not even saying he’ll need it in 2022 or at all. But you have to have powder in your inventory.
