What "we" don't appear to understand is the exact definition of the word, 'exact.' I've talked enough to Mr. Davis to where I hope he knows exactly what I mean so you don't have to worry if 'power generation' is a specific enough answer for you. I had enough "Question:where is USSE going/Answer:to their destination!" exchanges with Mr. Davis already that I don't need you to chime in.

When a company invests in a piece of capital, they *usually* know exactly what it is to be used for. USSE is not going to fill up a tank and transport the biofuel to the destination of "Power Generation."
