Partly on Grant's recommendations, I discovered and bought into USSE ON December 1st -- too late to participate in the dividend.
Do either of you imagine that the "devaluation" in USSE following the SPC spinoff will be reflected in its actual PPS; or will it be accounted for by the number of my shares only relative to that which I would have owned had I bought in three days earlier?
In the former case it might be wise for me to sell just prior to the spinoff and then buy back in after it takes place at a reduced PPS.
What do you think?
