To be honest im glad i did learned alot (and few times burned / from otc companies when i started with investing i knew alot about economy and stock companies from books by intelligent investors and by just using brain but on big exchanges theres so much safety and guide by hand in many things and you can rely on more accurate official ratios and numbers and you are going on autopilot because people thinks some analyst or official data posted in yahoo are 100% correct(theres alwas differences on many sites) and everyone must see same data but you know i wanted to know exactly how does all this work in details in companies how they get big from garage company to nasdaq for example.Everything works so different in microeconomic(like in real life if you know company) in otc and nobody know for 100% any company and should find as much dd as he can and then use those data and thats also case in phil, nobody outside otc know about phil because for other world otc is dangerous place for them ,theres 0 indicators and ratios posted on those screeners and thats our chance to get early in phil its basically 1of100 kind of otc company heading into nasdaq with huge discout for people that can use otc platform to go early before official publicly available documents for rest, theres still no analyst from wall street to spread word no institutions thats what Peter Lynch would say.So otc give you so much knowledge about scaming and stock structure and all bullshit how can ceos try to steal shareholders i wouldnt know and you can use this in your business as well.Never rely on other people but rather improve your own skills as much as possible and then sort out in a few seconds if someone deceives or manipulates, thats same techniques people use in real life against you if you own business and of course most importantly due diligence of fundamentals you have to find like detective trying to get criminal , every detail create mosaic. I got burned a few times but that will make me rich also in otc this time.
