PPS will be much higher than what it is now. Dr. Koos has many shares of RGBP. It would be to his best interest to get as high PPS as possible. It is the common shares that is usually a part of the equations in the negotiation. A smart buyer will ask for it. Nobody knows until an acceptable bid with terms of negotiation is agreed upon. I think we are going to have to be patient to wait and see who the bidder is first and the terms of negotiation are before we can determine the final PPS is.

Someone on this forum should be able to determine what that PPS number is. $8 ,$12,$20, $100?

Price is what a buyer is willing to pay for what he thinks it is worth. I think Dr. Koos will be a very good negotiator when the time comes
