dilution isn't necessarily a bad thing, right? isn't that how publicly traded corporations are supposed to work....company has costs, they need money, they sell shares, and hopefully make more money than they raised through dilution. Shareholders might own a smaller percent of the pie, but the expectation is the pie gets really, really big. sooo perhaps this is a positive sign for massive future growth....it's hard to see the con (even with 20 years of failure to generate sales) when I can log in to their product, set up a meeting, and have a web conference with you. their products are real, the patents are real, the lawsuits they won were with a real judge. An 8k would be awesome, I expect the chasing to be insane on this stock if we get one.
