Watched the full interview with AA...I am encouraged with his responses and his recognition that he works for us. With that being said, there is no possible way any of us should vote to issue 25 million shares. Although it is noble and admirable to use their shares to invest back into AMC's bottom line, his timing could not have been worse.

My earlier message said timing is everything in the stock market and has not changed. His timing killed momentum when it was building and we lost eyeballs and investors. I understand the paper hands vs diamond hands conversation but we needed the momentum to continue for longer then 1 day and AA killed it at the worst possible time.

I vote no
