They just sold 11.55m shares at a average of $50.00 per share. The 25m that will be asked in the vote would not even be available until 2022 as I said the squeeze will be over by then. It’s a none issue it takes time to approve shares with a vote the company needs some in there pocket just in case they may have a deal they could trade shares for rent, merger etc. it’s to go now we have that sale out of our way AMC has 46,000 shares in there piggy bank that is nothing there are posters on this board who have more shares. AMC has 2billion dollars cash in the bank now.
