I thought I asked a legitimate question.

The CEO can not issue anymore shares because the Authorized OS has been maxed.

The CEO just did an 11 million share offering at (around) $18.00 per share -- when he could have gotten $50.00 per share.

Why does the CEO want 25 million more shares...for what purpose?
