You sure about that? From your research, what are green tags/certs and white tags/certs selling for?

Your post is confusing, as it assumes that the fuel producer would extract the "extra $X". Incentives focus on rewards for groups producing green energy from a qualifying fuel source, not the other way around.

Possibly this fact was the source of your confusion within the dozens of messages you posted in January stating it didn't matter who sold the fuel, produced the fuel, and that concentrating on green energy was a liability in your view?
