So....UOIP does not exist...shareholders don't get a penny...Company no good...Chandbond no good..UOIP does not exist.... The 5 million loan no good...Chandbond no pay...Carter no pay...shareholders no money...But, UOIP no good cause it didn't pay the $5 million dollars even if it was said 25.3 times on this board that in case of no pay company should pay 8% interest meaning the deal is still ongoing....but hey why the 5 million dollars has not been paid so far! Did I say shareholders won't get a penny because they didn't pay the 5 million?
