Ok, so without doing any research, I would hazard a guess that unlike DBMM, ESmart obviously stopped doing business and eventually got revoked. The MAJOR difference is, DBMM is continuing to do business, file on time or at least properly even when delayed and hasn't "gone silent" so I expect if they are given the chance to continue business and get back to Pink they won't have the same fate in the long run. This is all IMO of course but it is pretty obvious. Don't fault me for looking on the bright side, I wish more ppl would try that out sometimes!
