meant to say

If I remember correctly someone said we cannot sue for damages on the MARINE indication if patents are restored

I found this confusing and meant to pose the ff scenario

I make widget x and patent it. YOU make widget Y and sell into my patent for a year making millions of dollars. I sue you and two years later my patents are upheld. WHy am I not due damages to regian all of the profits you made selling into my patents ?

If that were the case everyone would sell into patents and then just drop them after it goes to court
