That's the kicker Steve....it's not up to the institutional investor, it's at TPTW's discretion when to sell them shares, thru 2021. Pretty damn shareholder friendly if you ask me.

But you are correct.... that doesn't prevent the institutional investor from buying shares in the open market as well, on top of the shares TPTW chooses to sell them, and when.
