Just to clarify:

"Will be" isn't what this is about. A CEO of a public company can't be talking to a privileged audience who says he is? and who says this is privileged? about the company's operations if the talk results in the sp going up and people profiting from it, that's illegal insider trading.

If there is no private site where the CEO is disseminating information no one said he is , then it's price manipulation due to the pump created by the claims made about it, that's where the second link I posted comes into play.

In either case, this is getting out of hand and the parties involved should think twice about things. think twice about what? shareholders sharing information? There's nothing illegal happening. There's no obligation for shareholder to tell you where this social media site it, none of us are officers or spokespeople. It's a social media site that's all YOU need to know (from me anyway)
