Richard, great as usual. I imagine pressure from mega data centers (Microsoft, Google, Facebook, etc) helped foundries get on board with photonics. Lebby's knowledge and vision is the glue that will bind LWLG shift to commercialization. PDKs will be likely limited to photonic companies that van demonstrate rigor and discipline (per GF) so LWLG could be the standard gateway and patents ensure broader participation through freedom of manufacturing. You could tell in video that GF VP and Lebby had already had those same conversations prompted during Q&A. Look at non-verbal confirmation from GF as Lebby talks.
