I’ve always said that there’s a chance that DBMM COULD come out of this.

Do I think they SHOULD come out of this with no sanction, thumbing their nose at the SEC the whole way?

I definitely DO NOT!

I think there’s a small chance they could get away scott free, but I think there’s a much MUCH greater chance that the Board will give DBMM SOME sort of sanction.

Whether that’s a suspension of some length or outright revocation?

That remains to be seen.
