Could be someone just messing around, since people are looking for those trades. Either way, RGBP will rise fast when we start getting the news we are expecting.

I do not think there will be a "buyout" offer until all the above happens. Which is good for us, once all the above happens, stock price should be between .05 - .10 Which means a buyout offer should be considerable higher.

Even without a buyout offer. Once the above happens, stock price will be higher and we will have a much better picture of the company. Than the CEO should give a shareholder update, which will give us a clear picture of his plans with the company moving forward.

At any time, we could hear news about progress with the current license deals. I would also expect at some point, that the CEO will appoint other board members. Another license deal could also happen at any point.
