All the 8k's give a good plan of action and lets everyone know the direction the company is moving. Once the 8k's start coming, that state all these items are completed, than the stock price will start moving fast. It all takes time when you are dealing with CPA's and lawyers. Patients will payoff big time here, assuming they complete the items, they say they are working on.
