A Letter to Our Shareholders1 June 2021Dear Shareholder,Now that I have brought you up to date on the past few years of Franklin Mining, I want to discuss what I have planned for the future of the company. With our filing status current, I am now focused on the best, fastest way to begin cash flow. As we all know, 2020 was a year unlike any other. Despite Covid-19, presidential elections in both the United States and Bolivia, supply chain issues, and unprecedented winter weather in Texas, we still managed to make progress towards our goals. I retained a well-respected geologist who has worked for many years with international companies in the same region of Bolivia where we plan to move forward with mining operations. This area was previously explored as a part of our 2015 Pilot Program, and has been well documented to have large amounts of gold in the soil and river, with estimated tailings as high as 6.5 million tons. Knowing where to mine gold is only half the battle; now we need to be able to extract it. Beginning in September 2020, I started my search for the best machine for our needs. After speaking with several groups, I settled on Hector, a family company that has built special mining equipment operating around the world. In Bolivia, the coopertivas mine the mountains using older, less sophisticated equipment. As a result, they are only able to recover an estimated 40% of the gold nuggets, leaving the remaining 50-60% of gold untouched. The gold tailings that wash into the river are referred to as fish-scale or microscopic gold. The machinery we have purchased will allow us to recover up to 95% of these fine gold particles. The new machinery will allow us to address all of our needs while being easy to relocate due to its lightweight mobility. It comes with its own trailer and can be pulled with a truck, allowing us to operate with fewer delays. The machine will need only a small generator, consuming 2-5 liters of fuel per day, and is built to handle up to 70 tons of ore per hour. With a recovery rate of up to 95% per ton, we will be able to run two shifts per day with a total of up to 1400 tons of ore per day. The entire process is environmentally friendly without the need for harmful products.I know there are still some questions I would like to address at a later time. I hope this further information will help you understand where I see the company headed this year. We are still contending with supply chain issues and delays, but I can assure you that we are working hard despite any obstacles. I truly believe Franklin Mining has the opportunity to move back into the world-wide market. Kindest Regards,William PettyPresidentP.S.
