The dollar amount of the settlement has already been discussed between the 2 parties. Is Billy somehow going to call a shareholder meeting and get our approval. (that's a laugh) I can't believe anything that is said on this board will have any influence over those numbers. The only thing left is to make sure we fight tooth and nail to get that damn waterfall cancelled.
