stoxjock, yes, more than likely you're two points are very valid and the Players know exactly what the stock will be worth once they make the distribution share announcement.

Also, the ONLY investors that will receive the cash/stock distributions are those Old and Cold investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012.

Whatever the value going forward with new assets for COOP will be offset with the share distributions to Old and Cold investors to ensure there was not an ownership change on 3/19/2012 which will allow for 15 to 20 billion more in tax attributes/NOLS for COOP.

At some point, whether it be June 2021 or March 2022 we will see some asset/share distributions in my view.
