Sorry I was on the road and only got one of your posts on my phone. Didn't see the one stating you were on vacation until I got on my computer.

Fact on 5/21/21 Khalil Jones asked GC " the crossover financing was not converted just the legacy financing was converted" He replied " yes still the case" Yet on 5/13/21 the S-1 was filed stating the crossover financing of 4/21/21 and 4/28/21 was converted into shares at.037 Guess Gerry forgot he filed that. Or maybe the cfo forgot to tell him??

And yes I am, regretably, a shareholder. Didn't learn my lesson from ambs. All the posts about maybe he learned something from his previous mistakes sucked me in. What he learned was there is a sucker born evry day and some times twice.
