it's just a hunch, but I'm not intuiting that carter or the legal team will bend to the 13 low balling them
given the events of the last trial, it's obvious who has the upper hand
I think carter is ruthless, thus will negotiate the valuation he has already specifically in mind
our legal team utilized 0.40 per modem to align with not overstepping "excessive damage" appeals down the line
I'm in agreement with AllinFun & BrokeAgent's math last few days

the demographic for jury won't change, c19 variants are mutating together (India B16172 & UK B16117 more lethal, so older folk won't be on jury pool)
the 13 will get the same results in court & they know it !
