That is what I don't like either. There is no reason for lowering our expectations of the shareholders end result when we are already talking about fighting the waterfall, etc. in the court, if we need to. Carter may find opportunity in this kind of self low balling.

Wasn't long ago all the dollar talk on the board was billions...now it's millions hope it doesn't drop down to thousands.
