Please help me understand this video. EPIC is the photonics trade organization and represents all of its members. In the video GF and LWLG discuss the difficulties facing the industry because of all of the different materials being developed and each one needs their own PDK and that is too much to handle. To make mass production possible, the foundries must chose one material for their PDK and standardize the process to make production cost efficient. In this forum, it would not be polite to blurt out that the material of choice is LWLG's polymer GOO and all other materials being introduced by the other members are not viable materials.

Have I understood the inference here?
