I think you might need to reread my post, or maybe it was not clear. I agree. The stock was trading as high as $0.07 the year before de-listing. Most agree it would have drifted up to $0.20+ PPS, at a minimum. As Court delays occurred, it would drift down. As Court dates were set, it would drift up. Anyone preferring to could buy, sell or hold. All of this without the waterfall thing. Billy could have sold a very few million of his 900M sh to finance his extravagant lifestyle (as some have accurately characterized his behavior, IMHO). None of this was necessary and several parties engaged in predatory behaviors, IMHO. AJ
