Case1
This issue can take years to be addressed as long as EV rejects it.
Then it is PRPM being affected that will be at risk of delisting because the company till now has all 00000$, and can be declared bankrupt.
Where is B1 going to get his $20,000,000.00 from?
Now you know why B1 can't hire a lawyer because there is no value.
Case2
If EV surrenders PRPM and $20,000,000.00 to him ( extremely unlikely) me as a shareholder can sue PRPM for all the problems I had to go thru, since now he will have $20,000,000.00.
I hope I got all the zeros right.
