--on what grounds? IF, hypothetically speaking, Mr. Mezey does eventually prevail in his claim and is awarded ownership of this ticker as he asserts, how exactly has he harmed anyone? If anything it would seem Mr. Vakser would be at fault for exposing the company and shareholders to such liability. In such an eventuality one could argue Mr. Mezey had given people ample warning of what he believes will happen and an opportunity to exit if they choose to do so.

NOTE: Mr Vakser is on the record as vehemently denying the legitimacy of Mr. Mezey's claims. He will presumably defend himself and attempt to maintain control of this ticker.
