So what? That does not mean dilution

It simply means that some shares that were in the OS- which were already diluted into the market are being electronically bought and sold. Please -if you don’t want to listen to me - fine. But please consult investment info and or a professional then - to find out what “dilution” means. As well/ The float should be increasing as we learned that illicit shares had hit the market in quarter 1 and 2. There are 8k and related filings to even present this info to you.
Again- an increase in float is never considered dilution. The shares are already in the OS- and thus alresdy affect the financial mechanics of the Stock. Reminder - if it’s already in the OS- you should expect it to be sold into the market at some point as it’s already factored it’s pps. The fact they simply registered them electronically doesn’t mean anything either. The float is still quite small here for an OTC stock also.

Hope these help. NOTE- If you found out that the OS went up- then that’s considered a dilutive event - but we would also need to see filings to reflect how that could be the case. The float at 193mil is likely the 50-60 mil increase created by the illicit shares that got issued by TA accidentally and then electronically issued at a few brokerage houses under investigation.
