This seems to be current news. Beyond using a game (Fallout 3:Van Buren) that started at Black Isle Studios 18 years ago, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with IPLY or Black Isle Studios, today. It also seems the work on the game started some time ago. I'm not sure what kicked off the articles today.

But, it gets the Black Isle Studios (and Interplay Entertainment) name back out there, so there's that.
