My opinion on this and I probably don't know what I am talking about since I have never seen a third party transaction:)

It appears to me like CFGN was the MM Henry was working with to collect shares. Whenever CFGN was involved there were average trades that day. I would think Henry would only be working with one MM on this since it should only take one MM to collect all the shares. The negotiated agreements with the note holders were most likely an agreement to pay off the remaining cash balances on the notes.
