I think I can figure out why he did it. He has close to a billion shares to cash in when this is over. He would not be able to sell that many on the open market after this process of settling is over. He would also crash our shares in the meantime as well. A dissolution of the company and distribution of the net is the only real way for him to cash all his shares at a reasonable price for him. And we get what he gets for each share we own. And have to like it, jmo.
